TUITION & ENROLLMENT
Tuition for 2026–2027
Sonoran Learning Collective is an approved ESA vendor, and ESA funds may be applied toward tuition and other eligible educational expenses. Tuition payments are made quarterly in alignment with ESA funding distributions.
Tuition & Fees
- Annual Tuition: $5,700 per student
- Curriculum & Materials: $525 annually
- Enrollment Fee: $150 per student
- Optional Learning Lab Add-On Available
Learning Lab Academic Support
Families may choose to add Learning Lab support days for additional academic reinforcement in math and language arts, including writing, spelling, and grammar.
Learning Lab meets Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM in a small-group setting designed to provide focused academic support and accountability.
Learning Lab Tuition
- 1 Day per Week — $700 per quarter
- 2 Days per Week — $1,250 per quarter
Enrollment in Learning Lab is quarterly and subject to availability due to limited class sizes.
Enrollment Process
How to Join Sonoran Learning Collective
Our enrollment process is designed to ensure strong alignment between families and our program:
- Submit an interest form
- Initial conversation (phone call) to discuss goals and fit
- Tour and meeting to see the campus and curriculum
- Student assessment to determine academic placement
- Registration + enrollment fee to secure placement
Once enrolled, families receive their first invoice for tuition in July, with payment due in August.
Limited Enrollment
Class sizes are intentionally small, with a maximum of 10 students per classroom. Enrollment is accepted on a rolling basis until spaces are filled.
School Calendar & Attendance
Sonoran Learning Collective follows a traditional academic calendar aligned with the Cave Creek Unified School District.
- School runs August through May
- Breaks align with major holidays (including Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Break, and Spring Break)
Because we operate as a hybrid program with limited in-person days, consistent attendance is essential for student success and continuity of learning.
