SLC is currently full and is not accepting new students for the 2026–2027 school year. If you're exploring educational options for your student, you’re welcome to contact us with questions about our program and available alternatives. 

Enrollment Process 

1. Submit an interest form 
2. Initial conversation (phone call) to discuss goals and fit 
3. Tour and meeting to see the campus and curriculum 
4. Student assessment to determine academic placement 
5. Registration to secure placement 

Once enrolled, families receive their first invoice for tuition in August, with payments due each quarter.

Sonoran Learning Collective is an approved ESA vendor, and ESA funds may be applied toward tuition and other eligible educational expenses. Tuition payments are made quarterly in alignment with ESA funding distributions.

Tuition & Fees

• Annual Tuition: $6,400 per student
  • Billed at $1,600 per quarter
  • Includes curriculum and materials/supplies

Sonoran Learning Collective follows a traditional academic calendar aligned with the Cave Creek Unified School District.

• School runs August through May for a total of 37 weeks
• Breaks align with major holidays (including Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Break, and Spring Break) 

Because we operate as a collaborative program with limited in-person days, consistent attendance is essential for student success and continuity of learning.
